WELCOME TO TRAVELNET GROUP !

TRAVELNET GROUP is a voluntary cooperation chain consisting of independent, privately owned, travel agencies.

The TRAVELNET chain was founded 1995 with 8 different travel agencies and we are growing continously. Today there are 50 agencies represented, from Trelleborg in the south to Haparanda up in the north of Sweden.

The concept is that independent travel agencies, with spirit of being a true entrepreneur and the ambition to run their own travel agency, join the TRAVELNET GROUP as a member. By that we can together attain activity and create resources which can be difficult to reach if you are alone.

The estimated turnover for TRAVELNET GROUP year 2010 is SEK 2,3 billion. The travel agencies business are divided into corporate travel 50%, leisure travel 30% and groups and conferences 20%.

The general idea of TRAVELNET GROUP is:

"TRAVELNET shall, in partnership with independent travel agencies in the Nordic countries, create financial and administrative advantages through chain cooperation to secure the future and create an independent travel agent chain."
